The Account tab (bottom right) holds your profile, your preferences, and — for Owners — the team invite. This article walks the screen top to bottom.

Profile#

  • Full name and Phone — tap either row to edit it, then tap Save.
  • Email — read-only. To change it, contact support@fieldfaktor.com.
  • Role — a badge showing Company Owner or Team Member.
  • Member since — the month you joined.

Team (Owners only)#

Owners see a Team section with one row: Invite a team member. Enter your team member's email and tap Send invite:

  • New to FieldFaktor — the app creates a join link with Copy link and Share buttons. Send it to your team member; they set a password, then sign in to the field app to accept.
  • Already has a FieldFaktor account — no link needed. They see your invitation the next time they sign in and can accept it there.

Uploads & storage#

Shows Current connection (Wi-Fi, Cellular, Online, or No connection), your device's free storage, and the upload preference — Wi-Fi only (the default), Wi-Fi + cellular, or Keep on device. On iOS it also has a Save a copy to Photos toggle that keeps an additional copy of each capture in Apple Photos. Working offline and sync covers what each preference does.

Notifications#

Email toggles, saved as soon as you flip them:

  • Email me when I submit a job
  • Email me about team invitations — shown to team members.

Security#

Tap Password to open the Change Password sheet: enter your current password, then a new one twice. Passwords must be at least 15 characters — spaces are allowed, capitals and symbols are optional — and are checked against known data breaches. The same password signs you in to the field app and the dashboard.

Appearance#

  • Theme — Light, Dark, or System.
  • Text & control size — Small, Medium, or Large. This enlarges readable text and compact tap targets without magnifying the screen.

Camera#

Informational only: Orientation is fixed to Landscape. The camera always opens sideways; everything else stays portrait.

Account#

  • Account deletion policy — opens the policy on the FieldFaktor privacy page.
  • Delete account — opens a confirmation dialog. Type DELETE to confirm.

Sign out#

The red Sign out button ends your session on this device.
